Lawrence Sherry was an American right-handed relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who spent most of his career with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Detroit Tigers. Lawrence Sherry was named the Most Valuable Player of the 1959 World Series as the Dodgers won their 1st championship since relocating from Brooklyn just 2 years earlier.
